Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of AeroDetail Central Europe, by submitting an enquiry via our website, or by entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AeroDetail Central Europe provides professional aircraft detailing and interior care services for business and private aviation operators across Central Europe. The specific scope of services, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of any work. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes issued by AeroDetail Central Europe are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. Any variation in scope of work agreed after a quote is issued may result in a revised price, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before additional work proceeds.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are confirmed upon acceptance of a written quote or service agreement. Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the agreed service value to cover mobilisation costs. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.
5. Access to Aircraft
The client is responsible for ensuring that AeroDetail Central Europe personnel have appropriate access to the aircraft, hangar, or ramp area for the duration of the service. Any delays caused by restricted access beyond our control may affect completion timelines and may be subject to additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for removing all personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials from the aircraft prior to the commencement of detailing work. AeroDetail Central Europe accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal items left in the aircraft during the service.
7. Liability
AeroDetail Central Europe carries appropriate professional liability insurance. Our liability for any damage caused during the provision of services is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the value of the service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or condition issues identified after service commencement unless these were explicitly excluded from the scope of work in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, design, and branding, is the property of AeroDetail Central Europe and may not be reproduced without express written permission. Service documentation and reports prepared by us for a client remain the property of the client upon payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be published on this page.
